Being healthy/fit is something I'm aspiring to be. Trying to eat in moderation, eat the right food and also workout regularly. I didn't go to the gym yesterday cuz it was PACKED, and I really hate to workout when the gym is full. Yeah, I'm weird lol.
So I decided to do random excercises at home and let me tell you... I'm dead. Okey not literally but I can't move at all and my thighs are really hurting, its really hard for me to sit down or get up from ruku in salaah lol PAIIIN!! But I guess this is what you get first time you workout. Hopefully, I'll get used to it.
I love the feeling of working hard though and the soreness I'm feeling in my body is kind of an affirmation that went all in if that makes sense? lol. IHere's some few fitspo pics that I'm loving... warning though: not really what a hijabe babe should look like in the gym!
